2. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Failure to use or access the content.
- Perceived lack of value or dissatisfaction with course materials.
3. Cancellation of Subscriptions
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on the Platform or by contacting support@capital75.com.
3.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Recurring Billing: Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
- Access to Content: You will retain access to all subscribed content and features until the end of the paid period. After that, access will be suspended.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While we do not offer refunds, in limited circumstances such as technical delivery failures or duplicate charges, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit. To request consideration, contact support@capital75.com within 14 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute it and may pursue collection of any outstanding balances.
6. Modifications to Digital Content
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any digital product or subscription offering at any time. These modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation beyond the standard procedure described herein.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service or this Policy. Termination does not entitle you to any refund for prepaid periods.
